In-Stock Items:

• Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within 48 hours.

• Once shipped, we will ship the order via standard shipping at no cost to you. You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.

• For handcrafted items, the production period is 7-15 business days. Expedited orders have a production time of up to 7 business days.

Shipping Policies:

A signature is required for the delivery of all orders.
We ship exclusively to physical business or home addresses; P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
The risk of loss and title of the item transfer to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not liable if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please contact us at service@taylorkom.com immediately if you need to change your shipping address after placing your order.

Duty and Taxes:

• United States: Duty and taxes are charged based on your region.
• Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• International: Orders may incur duties and taxes, for which customers are responsible. Please note that TAYLOR KOM has no control over these fees, which vary by country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Tracking an Order:

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Track your order at AUS POST, www.dhl.com,or www.usps.com. For additional assistance, feel free to message us, and we'll gladly help you track it.

Hong Kong Shipping & Production

• In the event of high order volumes, 10% of orders may be processed in our Hong Kong branch. The quality standards remain the same, but some items may be shipped from Hong Kong for faster processing.
  • Note: Items shipped from Hong Kong will still follow the same shipping policies as stated above.
