At TAYLOR KOM, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, our simple and flexible return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible for you.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to receive a return ticket number. You can reach us via email at service@taylorkom.com. Once you have your ticket number, our team will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Return & Exchange Policies
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Returns:
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with the tag attached and all original documentation included (DO NOT remove the TAG attached to the jewelry if you wish to return it.).

Engraved or Custom Items can only be returned under specific circumstances (incorrect size, style, color, or defective items upon arrival).
- We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been resized, or modified by a third party.
- Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer (such as resizing or modifications) are not eligible for return.
Non-Refundable Costs:
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For Custom or Engraved Items:
We understand that customized items are special, but they are also unique. Therefore, custom orders (including items with custom engravings or sizes) cannot be returned unless:
- The item was received with incorrect engraving, damaged, or has the wrong size/style/color.
- Please carefully review your custom order details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
How to Return an Order:

Get the Return Address:
- Contact customer service at service@taylorkom.com to obtain your return ticket number and the return address. Our team will provide you with the details within 24 hours.

Prepare Your Return:
- Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including any complimentary gifts, the packing slip, and certificates (otherwise, a 30% replacement fee per certificate will be charged).
- Place your item(s) in the original jewelry box. For convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.
- Write your Order Number (starts with #TKxxxxxx) on the outside of the package.
- For security, avoid writing jewelry, diamonds, or related terms on the package.
- Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. We cannot process your return without this, and you must provide a tracking number via email to service@taylorkom.com.

Ship Your Return:
- Drop off the package at your local post office and retain the receipt as proof of shipment.
- Email the tracking number or receipt to service@taylorkom.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:

Inspection:
- Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item’s condition. This process may take up to 7 business days.

Refund:
- If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation Policy:
- All made-to-order items enter production within 5 hours of receiving payment. Since each item is customized to your preferences, cancellations after this period will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Customized or engraved items, as well as rings with custom sizes, cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Return Abusers: We reserve the right to limit access to our website or terminate the account of customers who frequently return items.

Return Tracking: TAYLOR KOM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Return Address: Please do not return your order to the address on the package. You must use the return address provided by our customer service team.
