Christmas & New Year's Order Cut-Off Dates
To ensure that you receive your jewelry gifts in time for Christmas and New Year, all orders must be placed by December 12.
Due to increased order volume, production times have been adjusted, so we recommend planning your purchase in advance.
Production Times
- Regular Products: Production time is 15-20 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization.
- Rush Orders: Rush production time is 7-15 business days, but please note that rush order slots are limited, so we recommend placing your order early.
Gift Schedule Reference
- Christmas: Orders must be placed by December 12.
- New Year's: Orders must be placed by December 12.
- For rush orders, the latest date to place an order is December 18.
- Valentine's Day: To ensure timely delivery for Valentine's Day, please place your order by January 15.
- For rush orders, the latest date to place an order is January 22.
Online Appointments and Shipping
