We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you'd like to skip the details, here are the key points to remember:

DO NOT remove the TAG attached to the jewelry if you wish to return it.
- Contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
- Keep all packaging; everything must be returned.

30-Day Returns
At TAYLOR KOM, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed if more than 30 days have passed since the item's delivery date.

FOR ENGRAVED OR CUSTOM ITEMS:
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect size/style/color/text

Poor quality (e.g., stones fall off)
- Damaged items upon arrival
Please note: We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.

Return Policies for Non-Custom Products:

Original Condition: All returned products must be in their original condition, with the tag attached and all original documentation provided with the purchase.

Tag Condition: The tag must not be removed from the jewelry. Returns will not be accepted if the tag is missing.

Modifications or Resizing: Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than TAYLOR KOM are not eligible for return.

Signs of Wear: Returns showing signs of wear or that have been damaged in any way will not be accepted.

Final Sale: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if you cancel the order after 24 hours of payment.

Return Abusers: We reserve the right to limit access to our website and/or terminate the account of customers who frequently return items.

Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging, the return packing slip, and any certificates.
- If you received a Lab-Grown Diamond, ensure that the certificate is included, as failure to return it will result in $100 being withheld from your refund.
- Place the jewelry item(s) inside the original jewelry box and seal it securely.
- Put the jewelry box inside a shipping box (use the original box if possible).
- Include the return slip inside the shipping box.
Important: For security reasons, please do not write anything related to jewelry, diamonds, or gemstones on the package.

Ship Your Return
- Drop off the package at your local post office and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
- Send the tracking number or receipt to service@taylorkom.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

TAYLOR KOM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

- Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect the item’s condition. This process may take up to 7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the inspection is completed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Custom or Personalized Orders:
Please note that custom orders (including personalized engravings or custom designs) cannot be returned unless:
- The item is received with incorrect engraving, damaged, or has the wrong color/size/style.
We advise that you carefully confirm all details before proceeding with a custom order.
