At TAYLOR KOM, we guide you through the entire process of designing your one-of-a-kind engagement ring, wedding ring, or fine jewelry pieces. Our bespoke service emphasizes quality, value, and ensures that every detail, from the final ring to the personalized experience, is as perfect as possible.

1. Order & Customization
Once you place your order, we begin crafting your jewelry by hand. This typically takes 7-15 business days. Expedited orders may be completed in 3-5 business days.
2. Quality Check & Confirmation
After creation, your jewelry undergoes a final quality check. We’ll send you a video confirmation for approval before it’s packaged.
3. Packaging & Final Inspection
Your jewelry is carefully packaged, and we perform a final inspection of the packaging to ensure everything is secure and ready for delivery. This step typically takes 1 business day.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once packaged, your order is shipped, with delivery usually within 7-15 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Q: I’m not sure about my size. What should I do?
A: We offer one-size options for selected designs, and all purchases come with one free resizing service! After receiving your item, simply contact our customer service team to arrange a resize (original packaging must be intact).
Q: Can rings or bracelets be resized?
A: Absolutely! We provide one free resizing service for all jewellery (must be requested within 30 days of delivery). Additional resizing requests may incur a small fee.
Q: Will gold-plated jewellery tarnish?
A: Gold-plated jewellery may experience slight tarnishing over time due to wear and friction. To maintain its shine, avoid contact with chemicals (e.g., perfume, hand sanitiser) and clean regularly with a soft cloth.
We recommend 10K/14K/18K gold options: These are real gold alloys, more durable and perfect for everyday wear.

A: Our standard production time is 7-12 business days, while express orders can be completed in 5-7 business days.

A: Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Q: What payment methods do you accept online?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Paypal. Please note, we do not accept Afterpay payments on orders over $2,000.
Q: Do you have a physical store where I can view the stones or finished products?
A: We currently operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. However, if you’d like to see detailed images or videos of our stones or finished products, please contact our online customer service team. They’ll be happy to assist you with any inquiries or provide additional visuals!
